How to Cancel Your Order

You have two ways to cancel your order:

• Online:
• Log in to your account, go to the "Orders" section, and locate the order you want to cancel.
• You will see a "Cancel Order" button next to the order details. Click on this button to initiate the cancellation process.
• Email: If you cannot access your account, you can send an email to orders@gopikas.in or mateshwaritraderskota@gmail.com from the email address you used to place the order. Include your Order ID in the email subject line.

Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order only until we dispatch it. This means you can cancel:

• Before the order enters the "Shipped" state.
• Within 48 hours of placing the order.

Whichever comes first applies. Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Refunds

• If your order is prepaid and you cancel it before it ships, your entire order amount will be refunded to your bank account within 4 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's policy.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been cancelled.
